Currently running -'Shape up for Summer' (Our version of 'The Biggest Loser')
In conjunction with Spire FM (Salisbury's local radio station).
Running for the whole month of May. The person (man, woman or traffic warden) who loses the most weight and inches (as a % of their start size) by the end of May will win the fabulous prize of a luxury weekend break and full lifetime membership.
12 determined souls have been randomly selected from all the entrants - they have each been given FREE unlimited use of Gymies and Personal Training for all of May. The big weigh-in is on Thursday 31st May. (The initial weigh-in/measure was on Monday 30th April) MAY THE BEST LOSER WIN!

Probably one of the best pay as you go gyms in the universe. Well, we would say that wouldn't we! Lots of people often think we're called Jimmys but the real spelling of our name is based on the idea that if you go to a gym you are a gymy, and lots of people going to a gym are the plural of this, i.e. Gymies. We pride ourselves on being a fun and exciting pay as you go gym; a place where you can get serious results but have fun doing it. Sadly this simple aim is missing in most "fitness gyms". For instance, our toning tables are great fun and deliver a seriously effective workout which most fitness clubs would do well to include. The trouble is they seem to be run for the staff's convenience and not their fitness members. Gymies is a different "fitness centre" - we listen! So there you have it - Gymies - the best "fitness gym" in town.
